HR 101: Culture 101
In this last session, we will discuss how to identify your culture and specific ways to promote a successful culture in business. Participants will have an opportunity to share best practices and we will look at specific ways to identify and change culture in an organization. From recognition and rewards, to mission, vision, and values statements we will talk about everything culture related.
