Finding the balance.  Join us as we listen to Georgeanna Johnson tell us how her experiences on the reality show, Extreme Weight Loss, helped her learn to manage the expectations of others and create manageable goals for herself.  

Georgeanna Johnson has worn many hats through the years and has (mostly) succeeded at what she puts her hand to. Married for thirty years, she has raised two daughters and has one son in law. She was a cast member of Season four of Extreme Weight Loss in 2014. Her experience on that show redefined how she saw health, success and her self esteem. From there she has continued to work on herself, physically, mentally, emotionally and professionally. Georgeanna loves to share her story in hopes to inspire others to work on being their best selves.
